Patient Access Login

When logging in to patient access, there is now a new site which says enter your email address or User ID.  Please use the long number user ID when you sign in.  You can then change your settings, once signed in, to use your email address - however, this only works if your e-mail address matches the one held by the surgery.  If you have any problem changing to use your e-mail address, please email WHCCG.WistariaPractice@NHS.net.  Please do not phone the surgery as other surgeries have experienced large numbers of calls which have been disruptive to normal service.

Please also note that if you share an email address with another online access user, you must continue to use your User ID and not your email address.

Thank you.
